My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had stylish design but lacked some safety features. The beach bar where the entertainment took place was vibrant and filled with flowers, reminiscent of a hostel room. However, some areas seemed to prioritize style over safety.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were convenient and spacious, but they fell short of a 5-star standard with soap dispensers instead of soap, cheap towels, and limited tea/coffee. On the bright side, our family seafront view was absolutely fantastic, directly overlooking the sea, bar, and beach.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The beach right in front of the resort was a huge plus, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the noise from neighboring guests with triplets was a downside, and the dining experience could be improved.
The hotel room was spacious and included all facilities required, but it looked a bit tired, giving off more of a hostel room vibe. The layout featured one large bed in the middle and two singles on either side, which was a unique setup. The service was friendly and helpful, especially from our waitress Georgia, although they seemed short-handed leading to some being overworked. The location was perfect, not far from Chania, with a great beach and plenty of activities for both kids and adults. The dining experience offered a fantastic mix of Continental and Greek cuisine, well-made with a nice variety.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were tidy but not clean, and the furniture looked cheap and dated. However, the new side of the hotel offered lovely views and a spacious outdoor seating area with a jacuzzi and a TV. The service was incredibly polite and helpful, although there were some struggles in getting people on the dancefloor. The location was ultra-tidy and well-run, just a stone's throw from the sea. The dining experience had its chaotic moments, especially around the orange juice machine, but the changes on the menu were tasty and delicious. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement.
